Evaluation is becoming the new interface
The earlier article presented our interpretation of evaluation as a statement from NIST. We withdraw that attribution and the suggestion that it described a new announcement.
NIST describes the framework as voluntary guidance for incorporating trustworthiness into AI design, development, use, and evaluation. The earlier wording about evaluation becoming an interface was editorial interpretation, not a NIST finding.
